{"id":1481,"date":"2023-09-04T13:08:57","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T10:08:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.romaniacurata.ro\/servicii-publice-locale\/?p=1481"},"modified":"2024-01-04T17:15:30","modified_gmt":"2024-01-04T14:15:30","slug":"formarea-si-dezvoltarea-competentelor-de-rezilienta-in-cariera-didactica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.romaniacurata.ro\/servicii-publice-locale\/formarea-si-dezvoltarea-competentelor-de-rezilienta-in-cariera-didactica\/","title":{"rendered":"Formarea \u0219i dezvoltarea competen\u021belor de rezilien\u021b\u0103 \u00een cariera didactic\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Articol realizat de Iuliana Paunescu, voluntar \u00een cadrul GIL Deva.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Rezilien\u021ba reprezint\u0103 un proces complex care are ca rezultat adaptarea cu succes la dificult\u0103\u021bile \u00eent\u00e2mpinate de-a lungul vie\u021bii, mai concret, ca adaptare flexibil\u0103 la ceea ce se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 unei persoane, din punct de vedere emo\u021bional, mintal, comportamental, aduc\u00e2nd cu sine o cre\u0219tere personal\u0103 profund\u0103.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Studiile de specialitate\u00a0 eviden\u021biaz\u0103 faptul c\u0103 rezilien\u021ba se poate construi cu pa\u0219i mici: gestion\u00e2nd bine situa\u021biile de stres minor, persoanele reu\u0219esc s\u0103 treac\u0103 peste crizele critice cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103, observ\u00e2ndu-se o evolu\u021bie at\u00e2t pe plan personal, c\u00e2t \u0219i profesional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prin raportare\u00a0 la sistemul de educa\u021bie \u00een \u0219coal\u0103, rezilien\u0163a educa\u0163ional\u0103 constituie o necesitate \u00eentr-o societate \u00een care elevii se confrunt\u0103 cu o varietate de situa\u0163ii care le afecteaz\u0103 dezvoltarea \u015fcolar\u0103 \u015fi profesional\u0103 &#8211; de la factorii de risc individual p\u00e2n\u0103 la cei de sistem. S-a observat c\u0103 elevii care de\u021bin competen\u021be de rezilien\u0163\u0103 educa\u0163ional\u0103 sunt cei care reu\u015fesc s\u0103 \u00ee\u015fi men\u0163in\u0103 motiva\u0163ia de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are \u015fi o performan\u0163\u0103 \u015fcolar\u0103 ridicat\u0103, chiar dac\u0103 sunt prezente condi\u0163iile de risc care \u00eei situeaz\u0103 \u00eentr-o pozi\u0163ie de vulnerabilitate \u015fi e\u015fec \u015fcolar. Ei au capacitatea de a se readapta la o nou\u0103 normalitate dup\u0103 parcugerea unor experien\u021be cu un puternic impact emo\u021bional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Au fost identifica\u021bi factorii care au o contribu\u021bie \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te adaptarea la evenimentele negative din via\u021b\u0103, \u0219i anume:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">modul \u00een care o persoan\u0103 prive\u0219te lumea \u0219i se raporteaz\u0103 la aceasta<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">disponibilitatea \u0219i calitatea resurselor pe care le are<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">strategii proprii de gestionare emo\u021bional\u0103 \u0219i comportamental\u0103<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00cen aceea\u0219i manier\u0103 profesionist\u0103, au fost eviden\u021biate caracteristicile persoanelor reziliente:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">con\u0219tientizarea emo\u021biilor\u00a0\u2013\u00een\u021beleg de ce simt ceea ce simt, se regleaz\u0103 emo\u021bional mai bine \u0219i reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 pozitiv \u00een fa\u021ba unor emo\u021bii negative.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">perseveren\u021ba\u00a0\u2013 sunt determinate \u0219i orientate spre obiective, spre ac\u021biune, spre atingerea obiectivelor.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">au un locus de control intern\u00a0\u2013 au o viziune realist\u0103 asupra vie\u021bii, sunt mai orientate spre solu\u021bii, dec\u00e2t spre probleme, consider\u00e2nd a de\u021bine controlul propriei vie\u021bi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">au sim\u021bul umorului dezvoltat\u00a0\u2013 percep\/ privesc orice situa\u021bie de amenin\u021bare drept o oportunitate.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Factorii care pot influen\u0163a formarea competen\u0163elor de rezilien\u0163\u0103 educa\u0163ional\u0103 \u00eenregistreaz\u0103 \u00een primul r\u00e2nd importan\u0163a familiei \u00een formarea competen\u0163elor de rezilien\u0163\u0103 prin satisfacerea nevoilor primare ale copilului (alimentare, \u00eembr\u0103care, igienice etc.), urmat\u0103 de satisfacerea nevoilor sociale ale copilului\/rela\u0163ionare cu al\u0163ii, integrare social\u0103 etc.) \u0219i nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, asigurarea de suport emo\u0163ional necondi\u0163ionat copilului.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Foarte importante sunt reperele privind sprijinirea \u0219colilor pentru a le spori rezilien\u021ba \u0219i pentru asigurarea continuit\u0103\u021bii procesului educa\u021bional \u00een situa\u021bii de criz\u0103, pentru a oferi servicii de educa\u021bie calitative at\u00e2t \u00een cazul \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103rii \u00een clas\u0103, c\u00e2t \u0219i la distan\u021b\u0103, cu scopul consolid\u0103rii unei comunit\u0103\u021bi reziliente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De actualitate sunt cele dou\u0103 modele pentru formarea competen\u021belor de rezilien\u021b\u0103 educa\u021bional\u0103 la elevi \u0219i profesori, respectiv\u00a0 Modelul Henderson &amp; Milstein pentru dezvoltarea rezilien\u0163ei educa\u0163ionale la elevi (2003), \u0219i Modelul form\u0103rii competen\u0163elor de rezilien\u0163\u0103 la profesori (Elena Aquilar, 2018), viz\u00e2nd activit\u0103\u021bile specifice pentru formarea acestor competen\u021be la principalii factori implica\u021bi \u00een actul educa\u021bional.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prin strategii didactice flexibile de predare\/ \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare\/ evaluare abordate la clas\u0103, se reflect\u0103 modul \u00een care un profesor \u00ee\u0219i \u00een\u021belege rolul \u00een acest proces important, determin\u00e2ndu-i stilul \u0219i direc\u021bia de organizare (&#8230;) av\u00e2nd o influen\u021b\u0103 extraordinar\u0103 asupra felului \u00een care pred\u0103: propriile concep\u021bii \u00eei vor influen\u021ba modul \u00een care proiecteaz\u0103 viitorul elevilor( Gary D. Fenstermacher, Jonas F. Soltis, Approaches to teaching). Exist\u0103 mai multe strategii care pot ajuta la dezvoltarea rezilien\u021bei, cum ar fi construirea re\u021belei de suport social, practicarea unei g\u00e2ndiri pozitive, men\u021binerea unui stil de via\u021b\u0103 s\u0103n\u0103tos, gestionarea stresului \u0219i dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u021bilor de rezolvare a problemelor. Analizarea profilului comportamental al unui profesor cu deschidere spre educa\u021bia pozitiv\u0103, conform Proiectului Character Lab este util\u0103 pentru starea de bine \u0219i puterea de rezilien\u021b\u0103 a profesorilor, aplic\u00e2nd metode diferite( Modelul PERMA, Mindfulness, Zapatul, Povestea educativ\u0103, Teatru forum, Arborele de probleme, arborele de scop).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Formarea \u0219i dezvoltarea competen\u021belor de\u00a0 rezilien\u021b\u0103 sunt aspecte absolut necesare pentru cadrele didactice, pentru a se adapta, de a se recupera \u0219i a-\u0219i dep\u0103\u0219i dificult\u0103\u021bile sau traumele, \u00een fa\u021ba stresului, presiunii sau adversit\u0103\u021bii, care ne permite s\u0103 ne reconstruim, implic\u00e2nd gestionarea emo\u021biilor, rezolvarea problemelor \u0219i construirea rela\u021biilor solide.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bibliografie\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ISE (2018). \u00cempotriva tuturor provoc\u0103rilor.
